DeLeon Guerrero<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Rafael S. Demapan<\/strong>\u00a0to continue as chairman and vice chairman, respectively.\u00a0Demapan will also be in charge of public relations. Mariano Taitano will remain\u00a0as\u00a0treasurer and\u00a0has also been made\u00a0secretary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board agreed to review the positions when two new commissioners replace\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/terms-of-2-ccc-commissioners-expire-this-month\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">outgoing commissioners Ramon M. Dela Cruz of Tinian and Martin T. Mendiola of Rota<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dela Cruz and Mendiola gave farewell statements.\u00a0Mendiola\u00a0expressed <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/ipi-files-for-bankruptcy\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/ipi-files-for-bankruptcy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hope\u00a0for a settlement deal with Imperial Pacific International (IPI)<\/a>.
