Demapan\u00a0<\/strong>said the postponement was deemed necessary to\u00a0allow a clearer understanding of the legal implications of <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/ipi-files-for-bankruptcy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IPI&#8217;s bankruptcy proceedings<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chuck Choi<\/strong>, legal counsel representing IPI in its bankruptcy application, informed the board that a hearing before US District Court for the NMI chief judge<strong>\u00a0Ramona V.
