The decision comes after\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/ipi-files-for-bankruptcy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Imperial\u00a0Pacific\u00a0filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, Imperial Pacific\u00a0is granted\u00a0the opportunity to continue operating while it undergoes financial restructuring and operational adjustments.
