Northern Mariana Islands.- The court-appointed receiver Clear Management<\/strong> is to auction two crystal dragons and 11 luxury vehicles from casino operator\u00a0Imperial Pacific International (IPI)<\/strong>. According to Mariana’s Variety, the dragons will be auctioned on August 22. They adorned the Imperial Palace Saipan lobby\u00a0and include over 2.5 million Swarovski crystals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Luxury vehicles including Rolls Royce, Cadillac and Toyota models will be auctioned on April 11.\u00a0The auctions follow judgments in favour of creditors and the CNMI government. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Earlier this week, a group of former IPI workers who sued the casino operator for discrimination<\/a> filed a motion for a default judgment. \u00d6zcan Gen\u00e7, Hasan G\u00f6k\u00e7e, and S\u00fcleyman K\u00f6\u015f, claim through attorney Richard Miller that IPI failed to fulfil promises made in their contracts<\/a>, including health insurance coverage, Turkish meals, airfare for home visits, paid leave and repatriation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The motion seeks compensation totalling US$1,075,658.23 to address financial losses. A hearing is scheduled for April 25 before chief Judge Ramona V.
