Under Japan\u2019s Administrative Appeal Act, the deadline for any such appeal would be March 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oya said he still believed the Nagasaki IR District Development Plan deserved to be approved.\u00a0He suggested the reason for the rejection could have been due to the lack of clarity in the certainty of fundraising and implementation capacity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagasaki\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/japan-only-2-locations-submit-ir-proposals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submitted its IR District Development Plan<\/a>\u00a0alongside Osaka in 2022, aiming to partner with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/nagasaki-chooses-casinos-austria-as-ir-partner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casinos Austria International Japan<\/a>\u00a0and to open by 2027.
