Those charged include Nigerian-born centre-back\u00a0<strong>Brian Fok<\/strong>, who has played for Hong Kong Football Club and Happy Valley Athletic Association;<strong>\u00a0Luciano Silva da Silva<\/strong>, a Brazilian center-back for Central and Western District Recreation and Sports Association;\u00a0<strong>To Chun-kiu<\/strong>, former goalkeeper of Sham Shui Po Sports Association; and betting agent\u00a0<strong>Waheed Mohammad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fok is accused of offering an advantage to an agent, and all four are accused of conspiring to cheat at gambling. They are scheduled to appear at Eastern Magistrates\u2019 Courts today (February 16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to ICAC findings,\u00a0Fok allegedly attempted to bribe teammates from HKFC\u00a0with amounts ranging from HK$10,000 to HK$30,000 per match in late 2021.
