That\u2019s around 42,000 more than the amount reported the previous day when the city&nbsp;<strong>received 121,334<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>tourists<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The figure achieved on Sunday (February 10) represents 93 per cent of the 1075,453 visitor arrivals registered on the second day of Chinese New Year in 2019.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) director,\u00a0<strong>Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes<\/strong>, has said she expects Macau\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-expects-120000-daily-visitors-for-chinese-new-year\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to receive over 960,000 visitors<\/a>\u00a0<strong>during the holiday period<\/strong>.
