Since October, it has been <strong>giving out one-time promotional chips<\/strong> to attract customers back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The casino operator has been impacted by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/gst-council-to-tax-online-gaming-casinos-and-horse-racing-at-28\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the 28 per cent goods and services tax<\/a>\u00a0and saw\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/delta-corp-net-profit-plummets-59-in-q3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a drop in revenue<\/a>\u00a0in the third quarter.
