The RFKR Resort in the Incheon Free Economic Zone was originally scheduled to open its first phase in 2018. The deadline for phase one had already been <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/rf-receives-4th-deadline-extension-for-south-korea-midan-city-complex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pushed back to March 17, 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resort, which will have\u00a0<strong>a foreigner-only casino<\/strong>, has been under construction since 2016. According to the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority,\u00a0it&#8217;s <strong>about 25 per cent built<\/strong>. The company was originally associated with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/caesars-reported-to-have-dropped-south-korean-ir-project\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Caesars Entertainment<\/a>.
