The lawsuit includes breach of contract, breach of implied contract, quantum meruit and unjust enrichment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Mariana&#8217;s Variety, Hughes Hubbard &amp; Reed began representing IPI and its affiliated entities in various legal matters from April 2021, including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/pacific-rim-asks-the-federal-court-to-dismiss-lawsuit-against-ipi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pacific Rim Land Development v. IPI<\/a>; Wang et al. v. Gold Mantis et al.,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/usa-fanter-seeks-another-limited-receivership-against-ipi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USA Fanter v. IPI<\/a>, United States v. Pride Keen et al.,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/us-court-grants-writ-of-execution-request-to-former-ipi-employee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gray v. IPI<\/a>, and Commonwealth Casino Commission v. IPI.
