That equates to 27 per cent of the total arrival number of 17.6 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MGTO director\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/helena-de-senna-fernandes-reappointed-as-mgto-director\" target=\"_blank\">Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes<\/a>\u00a0reported the figure during a roadshow in Hong Kong promoted by the MGTO and the Sports Bureau to promote the upcoming 70th Macau Grand Prix in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In July, the MGTO reported that\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-tourism-recovered-to-59-6-of-2019-levels-in-h1\" target=\"_blank\">the number of inbound tourists from January to June<\/a>\u00a0surpassed 11.64 million, for a daily average of more than 64,000.
