Yumul <\/strong>told The Saipan Tribune that the notice was served to the casino operator due to safety concerns over impending Typhoon Bolaven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice was signed by acting building safety officer, Yvonne Tenorio.\u00a0Tower Crane No. 5 has not been used since December 2020.\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/n-mariana-islands-warn-ipi-tower-crane-poses-threat-to-public-safety\" target=\"_blank\">Concerns arose<\/a>\u00a0due to the deteriorating condition of its frame components and connections, with visible signs of rust. Tower crane No. 6 was removed in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A week ago,\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Edward C.
