These initiatives will be selected by\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/nsw-government-launches-independent-panel-on-gaming-reform\" target=\"_blank\">the newly established gambling reform panel<\/a>. Meanwhile, AU$10m of the funding will go to the Responsible Gambling Fund, overseen by the Office of Responsible Gambling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AU$6.4m will be directed towards the enhancement of self-exclusion programmes and the introduction of third-party exclusions in pubs and clubs. The remaining AU$3.4m will fund the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/nsw-crime-commission-criminals-funnel-billions-of-dollars-through-pokies\" target=\"_blank\">forthcoming cashless gaming trial<\/a>\u00a0in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Minns Labor Government, in office since March, has taken a series of measures to tackle gambling-related issues in New South Wales. These include\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/nsw-proposes-ban-on-political-donations-from-clubs-with-pokies\" target=\"_blank\">a ban on political donations from gaming-involved clubs<\/a>.
