It will be led by former New South Wales Liquor, Gaming and Racing commissioner <strong>Michael Foggo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premier\u00a0<strong>Chris Minns\u00a0<\/strong>announced the panel&#8217;s formation along with a departmental review of the ClubGrants scheme today (July 13) at a press conference.\u00a0The panel consists of 16 members, including independent executive committee members Ursula Stephens and Niall Blair.
