The 450-suite hotel tower, part of Galaxy Entertainment Group&#8217;s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/galaxy-macau-phase-iii-could-open-by-the-end-of-this-year\" target=\"_blank\">ambitious phase III project<\/a>, won&#8217;t have an <strong>official opening until the end of 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management initially hoped to capitalise on the Labour Day Golden Week, but the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-casinos-struggle-to-meet-demand-due-to-labour-shortage\" target=\"_blank\">ongoing labour shortage<\/a>\u00a0impeded progress. The Andaz Macau hotel at Galaxy Macau is also facing delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a note from J.P.
