The<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>websites are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firefox Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shazam Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rich Prize<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heaps O Wins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are now 723 websites on the regulator&#8217;s blocking list. ACMA made its first blocking request in November 2019.&nbsp;Consumers are advised to verify whether a wagering service is licensed to operate in Australia by checking the ACMA register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulator recently&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/acma-fines-betdeluxe-us34400-for-breaching-sms-rules\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fined the Australian online sportsbook<\/a>&nbsp;<strong>BetDeluxe<\/strong>&nbsp;AU$50,172 (US$34,400) for breaching rules intended to protect people from spam. It found that the company sent over 104,000 SMS without an&nbsp;<strong>unsubscribe function&nbsp;<\/strong>and more than 820,000 SMS that did not contain the sender\u2019s contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The text messages, sent between December 2021 and February 2022, promoted \u201ccheeky punts\u201d and VIP services for sports and racing.
