Sources at companies not represented by RWA have also confirmed they would support a ban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/tabcorp-commits-to-ending-primetime-advertising\" target=\"_blank\">Tabcorp<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>stated it would support a ban on jersey sponsorship if all companies comply. The company has voluntarily committed to restricting television ads even if the government doesn&#8217;t require the same standard from other companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, Entain announced that it would no longer sponsor the jerseys of professional sports teams in Australia, citing community concern.
