The<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>websites are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Casino Jax<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mirax Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wild Fortune Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kosmonaut Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slotozen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rolling Slots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N1 Bet Casino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Deposit Kings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since ACMA&#8217;s first injunction request,&nbsp;<strong>709 illegal gambling and affiliated sites have been banned&nbsp;<\/strong>while more than 180 illegal services have also been withdrawn from the Australian market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ACMA is advising consumers that even if a service appears legitimate, it may not have proper customer protections, putting them at risk of losing their money.&nbsp;It says consumers can verify if a wagering service is licensed to operate in Australia by checking the ACMA register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulator recently&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/acma-fines-betdeluxe-us34400-for-breaching-sms-rules\" target=\"_blank\">fined the Australian online sportsbook<\/a>&nbsp;<strong>BetDeluxe<\/strong>&nbsp;AU$50,172 (US$34,400) for breaching rules intended to protect people from spam. It found that the company sent over 104,000 SMS without an&nbsp;<strong>unsubscribe function&nbsp;<\/strong>and more than 820,000 SMS that did not contain the sender\u2019s contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The text messages, sent between December 2021 and February 2022, promoted \u201ccheeky punts\u201d and VIP services for sports and racing.
