He said that non-gaming elements will enable the orderly, healthy and sustainable development of Macau&#8217;s entertainment and leisure industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casino operators will need to invest as much as<strong>\u00a0MOP100bn (US$12.4bn)<\/strong>\u00a0during their ten-year concessions. They will be required to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-casinos-to-increase-non-gaming-investment-if-ggr-reaches-us22-45bn\" target=\"_blank\">increase their non-gaming investment<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>around 20 per cent<\/strong>\u00a0of their initial pledge if Macau\u2019s annual gross gaming revenue reaches MOP180bn (US$22.45bn) by 2027.
