The company said there had been no disagreement with the board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo Kai Bong<\/strong>, chairman of the board and executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the Risk Management Committee and as <strong>authorised representative of the company<\/strong> under Rule 3.05 of Hong Kong Listing Rules.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September, LET Group Holdings issued a statement reaffirming&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/let-group-committed-to-growth-in-asian-market\" target=\"_blank\">its commitment to the Asian market<\/a>&nbsp;and cautious optimism about its long-term strategic position.
