Deborah Ho is the youngest daughter of casino mogul Stanley Ho Hung and his deceased first wife Clementina Angela Leitao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

China.- Deborah Ho, daughter of the casino tycoon Stanley Ho Hung, who died last month, has taken legal action to register her interest in her father\u2019s casino in Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stanley Ho, the so-called \u201cKing of gambling\u201d and founder of SJM Holdings, passed away in May<\/a><\/em><\/strong> at 98 years of age. He had retired around a year ago with a personal fortune estimated at HK$50 billion (US$6.4 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eleven days after his death, Deborah Ho lodged a caveat with the Probate Registry at the High Court in Hong Kong, demanding that \u201cno grant be sealed in the estate\u201d without notice to her lawyers, SCMP reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The caveat is an official document that prevents naming a person to deal with the estate without the applicant’s lawyers being informed. It typically remains in force for six months from the day it is entered<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deborah is the youngest daughter Ho had with his deceased first wife, Clementina Angela Leitao. She has other 13 living brothers and sisters, including Pansy Ho Chiu King, one of the leading executives at MGM China<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last month Deborah took legal action against one of her sisters, Angela, to demand deeds and documents related to The Clementina Ho Trust and The Stanley and Clementina Family Trust.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
