South Korea.- A spike in Covid-19 cases have forced Kangwon Land, the only casino where locals can legally gamble, to further delay its reopening plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The casino entered lockdown on February 23 and reopened the VIP floor almost a month ago with social distancing measures and safety regulations in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
