Mangola<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/imperial-pacific-casino-contract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em><strong> ordered IPI to pay US$5.65 million to Pacific Rim in a lawsuit for alleged breach of contract.<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IPI appealed to the Ninth Circuit in an attempt to reverse the order, which is still pending.\u00a0But as of Friday, Pacific Rim can collect its fine from IPI.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IPI counsel, Michael W.
