South Korea.- Grand Korea Leisure<\/em><\/strong> has seen revenues increase in Q1 despite the global Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company, which operates three foreigner-only casinos under the Seven Luck brand, posted a 68 per cent rise net income compared to last year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First quarter profits were US$12.1million, significantly higher than the US$7.16million recorded the year before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grand Korea Leisure’s sales increased by 2.1 per year on year, reaching US$9.43million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Seven Luck casinos are in the country’s capital Seoul, while the third is in the city of Busan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three properties saw their combined revenue drop dramatically in March, where take was 72 per cent lower year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
