South Korea.- Paradise Co Ltd\u00a0has re-opened its casino on Jeju island despite the on-going Coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, in a filing to the Korea Exchange the company said it had extended the closure period for its other three gaming venues in country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its properties, closed since March 24, will remain shuttered until April 20\u00a0in line with the country\u2019s efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the note, the suspension of\u00a0three\u00a0casino sites, located at Seoul, Incheon\u00a0and Busan, is scheduled until 6am on April\u00a020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It emphasised as well that its hotel operations were still \u201copen\u201d. Paradise Casino Jeju Grand reopened today at 6am, the firm said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another foreigner-only casino operator, Grand Korea Leisure Co Ltd, which operates three venues under the Seven Luck brand, had already announced last week that it was\u00a0suspending\u00a0operations\u00a0at its casinos until April 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
