Australia.- Tennis may not return at all in 2020 according to Tennis Australia (TA) Chief, Craig Tiley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tournaments have been cancelled on a global scale due to the Coronavirus pandemic which has seen most sporting events wiped out this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The men\u2019s ATP Tour and the women’s WTA have suspended all tournaments until June 7 after countries imposed border lockdown measures to contain the spread of deadly virus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tiley told the Sydney Morning Herald<\/em><\/strong> yesterday that he thinks it will be difficult for the sport to return this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “My personal view is I think for tennis to come back this year is going to be tough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “It relies on global travel, and I think that\u2019s probably the last thing that\u2019s going to come back.
