Japan.- The Wakayama prefecture government has published a draft document outlining plans to combat problem gambling should it receive one of three licences to build integrated resorts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The plans are now being subject to a public consultation period, which runs until 27 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the measures outlined, local residents would be provided with information about compulsive gambling combined with support for individuals that develop problem gambling habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
