Philippines.- The Philippines casino operator Widus Group<\/em><\/strong> has presented a new luxury lifestyle brand, Hann Resorts, which will bring together its two resort developments in Clark under a single integrated resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hann Resorts brand will include the expanded Widus Hotel & Casino, which will be renamed Hann Casino Resort once its current expansion project is complete, and the recently announced US$238 million development<\/a><\/em><\/strong> in nearby New Clark City which will be called Hann Lux Lifestyle Resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur vision is to raise the concept of play into a lifestyle that people would want to discover through world-class experiences,\u201d said Daesik Han, President and CEO of Hann Development Corp, a subsidiary of the Widus Consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cClark is already drawing a lot of tourists and investors to the area. We hope that an integrated lifestyle and leisure resort brand will further attract people and turn both Clark and New Clark City (NCC) into a bustling center for recreation and development,\u201d Han added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1, which will cost \u20ac89.7 million, is expected to be finished by 2025. It includes the Angsana Hotel and Banyan Tree Hotel, and also an 18-hole championship golf course and a clubhouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 2 will cost \u20ac124.2 million and will include the development of Westin and Luxury Collection by Marriott<\/strong><\/em><\/a>; including a two 18-hole championship golf courses, outdoor recreation facilities, premium villas and residences, a mixed-use commercial center and a 10-hectare public park.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
