The threat of further eruptions led to the evacuation of 8,000 people at the time. Casino Filipino, located close to the volcano in, was forced to close its doors and has remained shut ever since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Providing an update this week, PAGCOR said Casino Filipino remains closed with the building \u201ccurrently undergoing structural and electrical checks to guarantee safety of the entire premises.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
No date has been set for the resumption of operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
