Attorney Michael White representing Clear Management and attorney Richard Miller representing APC signed the deal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief justice <strong>Ramona Manglona<\/strong> has approved the transaction and granted the request of attorney Michael White to have the funds transferred and held in an escrow trust account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IPI\u2019s receiver&nbsp;<strong>Clear Management Ltd<\/strong>&nbsp;began its&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/ipi-equipment-auction-to-begin-on-october-7\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">auction of the casino operator\u2019s property<\/a>&nbsp;on October 7. The inventory for auction comprises over 365 slot machines and 39 electronic table games, together with signage, bases, and slot stools. There are over 240 gaming tables, high-end gaming utilities, 1,400 plus gaming chairs and various casino and cage equipment, including cash counters, safes, and chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August, Manglona&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/federal-court-lifts-stay-on-sale-of-ipi-casino-assets\" target=\"_blank\">lifted the stay on the limited receivership<\/a>&nbsp;previously granted to IPI, allowing the auction to go ahead.
