Philippines.- Okada Manila has revealed a slight decrease in January gross gaming revenue (GGR) but enjoyed a significant YoY increase in EBITDA for the same period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
January GGR hit PHP3.83 billion (\u20ac69 million) only slightly down on the same period last year when it reached PHP3.84 billion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A more substantial month on month decrease was recorded, however, with December 2019 GGR topping PHP4.63 billion (\u20ac83.9 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There were some upsides to the results; January EBITDA improved by about 20 percent to PHP781 million (\u20ac14 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The figures revealed that it was the VIP segment which negatively impacted on overall performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
