Police seized mobile phones and money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate raid, police arrested five people for illegal betting on cricket matches during the ongoing IPL season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a Times of India report, so far this year, there have been more than&nbsp;<strong>1,000 cases<\/strong>, resulting in&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/india-2300-arrests-related-to-illegal-gambling-in-new-delhi-this-year\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2,300 arrests in Delhi<\/a>&nbsp;related to illegal gambling operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report,&nbsp;<strong>almost 200 cases were registered in the northwestern district,<\/strong>&nbsp;followed by more than 150 abroad and almost 100 in the west.
