From April 1, those who have been fully vaccinated have been allowed to enter Singapore with\u00a0<strong>only a pre-departure negative Covid-19<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>test result<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some countries, including the UK, Ireland, Norway and Jordan have already cancelled all testing for incoming travellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marina Bay Sands to return to pre-pandemic levels in two years, analysts say<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/marina-bay-sands-extension-delayed-to-april-2023\" target=\"_blank\">Marina Bay Sands<\/a>\u00a0is expected to return to pre-pandemic levels of business in two years\u2019 time.\u00a0Sanford Bernstein forecast that Marina Bay Sands\u2019 annual EBITDA will recover to\u00a0<strong>over US$1.7bn<\/strong>\u00a0by 2024 and grow to approximately US$1.9bn by 2025, with EBITDA margins improving to 51 \u2013 52 per cent returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysts pointed out local authorities aim to increase passenger traffic to around 50 per cent of pre-pandemic levels by the end of this year, from around 18 per cent in mid-March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitaly Umansky, an analyst at Sanford C.
