He would not elaborate on whether the investors were interested in buying IPI&#8217;s casino complex in Garapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the moment, Saipan has only one exclusive licence. IPI&#8217;s licence is currently suspended for failing to pay regulatory fees.
