Maharlika is the top level of the casino resort&#8217;s five-tier casino loyalty programme, the Rewards Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okada Manila is run by <strong>Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc<\/strong>, a subsidiary of Japanese gaming group Universal Entertainment Corp.
