According to the Labor Department, non-union employers should offer flat layoff wages of between one and three months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genting Hong Kong\u00a0<\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/genting-hong-kong-considers-filing-for-liquidation\" target=\"_blank\">filed for liquidation<\/a>\u00a0after a German court rejected a request to release US$88m in funds for its German shipyard unit MV Werften.
