The company said regulatory requirements were complete and structural steelwork and below-grade utility construction in place.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last April, the company applied for and obtained\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/mohegans-inspire-resort-deadline-extended\" target=\"_blank\">a six-month delay<\/a>\u00a0to the agreed June 2022 opening date for the resort. Inspire Korea is now likely to open in the first half of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/mohegan-to-focus-on-development-of-incheon-integrated-resort\" target=\"_blank\">Inspire Korea Casino Resort<\/a>\u00a0is expected to include<strong>\u00a0150 gaming tables<\/strong>, 700 electronic gaming machines, close to 1,250 hotel rooms, a 15,000-seat arena and\u00a0<strong>a 19,000-square metre conference<\/strong>\u00a0space. The Phase I resort development includes three five-star hotel towers, a 15,000-seat multifunctional professional performance arena and a foreigners-only casino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last November, the company raised US$1.55bn to continue developing the IR.
