Japan.- The Gaming Standards Association (GSA) has announced it will be operating under the name and branding of the \u201cInternational Gaming Standards Association\u201d or \u201cIGSA\u201d moving forwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IGSA Japan guides existing Japanese gaming business entities, manufacturers, suppliers and those that wish to enter the gaming industry, through accepted practices and standards. It also offers unbiased gaming industry information and education on the technical aspects of gaming and regulation to the appropriate authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of its ongoing mission, IGSA Japan will hold a gaming educational seminar for invited guests on January 28 in Tokyo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFor 22 years, IGSA members have been working together to create standards that provide business value for them,\u201d Peter DeRaedt, IGSA President, said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIGSA seeks to educate the industry on experiences gained and reasons that our members opted to create a set of standards. IGSA\u2019s mission is to provide unbiased information to the benefit of all parties \u2013 regulators, suppliers and operators\u201d, he added. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Takeshi Kaji, IGSA Japan\u2019s managing director, said: \u201cIGSA Japan strives to become a valuable partner to the budding Japanese IR and gaming industries. Working as a guide to all entities, we will support the optimal development of a unique and sustainable Japanese market.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
