Presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles<\/strong>\u00a0announced the news amid a decline in Covid-19 cases. The measure will also be implemented in seven other provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The capital city of Manila has been under Level 3 Covid-19 restrictions<\/a>\u00a0through January after a new rise of Covid-19 cases and the detection of three local cases of the Omicron variant.
