A federal judge in Miami on Thursday ordered\u00a0<strong>an arrest warrant against the ship\u00a0<\/strong>due to unpaid bills of US$1.2bn, according to media reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peninsula Oil Far East\u00a0<\/strong>has filed a lawsuit to try to recover US$4.6m in unpaid fuel bills for three Genting ships since 2017, Bloomberg reported. Passengers on the diverted ship were taken by ferry to Port Everglades, Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/gentings-crystal-cruises-suspends-operations\">Crystal Cruises<\/a>\u00a0has recently suspended the operations of its Ocean and Expedition ships.
