Macau has three fewer restaurants starred in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau when compared to last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- For the second consecutive Year,\u00a0casino resorts in Macau<\/a>\u00a0have lost three Michelin-starred restaurants<\/strong>\u00a0in the publication of the new\u00a0Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau<\/strong>. All of Macau’s Michelin-starred restaurants are at casinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golden Flower<\/strong>, the Chinese restaurant at Wynn Macau, has lost its two-star rating, although it’s still recommended by the guide. Hotel Lisboa’s Tim\u2019s Kitchen, which had one star has closed, and The Golden Peacock, the Indian restaurant at the Venetian Macao is also gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three Macau restaurants have kept their three Michelin stars, the highest rating in the international guide. Two of them \u2013 the Robuchon au D\u00f4me and the Chinese fine-dining restaurant The Eight \u2013 are located at the Grand Lisboa casino, which has\u00a0won several awards for its restaurants<\/a>. The other three-star restaurant is Jade Dragon, a Cantonese restaurant at Melco Resorts\u2019 City of Dreams Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Five Macau restaurants retain two Michelin stars: Alain Ducasse at the Morpheus hotel tower, at City of Dreams; Feng Wei Ju, a restaurant at Galaxy Entertainment\u2019s venue; Mizumi and Wing Lei, both at Wynn Macau; and Sichuan Moon at Wynn Palace, the sister property on Cotai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restaurants retaining a one-star rating are: 8 1\/2 Otto e Mezzo \u2013 Bombana and Lai Heen, both at Galaxy Macau; Pearl Dragon, at Melco Resorts\u2019 Studio City; The Kitchen, at Grand Lisboa; Wing Lei Palace, at Wynn Palace; Ying at Altira Macau, a Melco Resorts venue; and Zi Yat Heen at the Four Seasons Macao, a Sands China venue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
