The regulator said Minh Nguyen will no longer be able to work in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She borrowed money from several of her employees in 2020 and 2021. An investigation found that&nbsp;when asking to borrow money, she would shorten an employee&#8217;s shift time, and offer to drive them home. She would say she needed the loan because of family problems. Staff were reportedly afraid to talk about the issue and felt that they could not refuse the manager&#8217;s request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minh Nguyen said she did not believe that she abused her position in the casino&nbsp;to oppress staff in any way and didn&#8217;t force them to give her money.
