The casino cruise ship operator will restart in January and must follow certain Covid-19 countermeasures such as cleaning and disinfection on the ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All guests and crew members must be fully vaccinated<\/strong>&nbsp;and must provide negative test results before boarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A week ago,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/genting-cruise-lines-to-resume-operations-from-december-22\">Genting Cruises<\/a>\u00a0confirmed it will resume operations of its Star Cruises on December 22. According to a statement issued by the company,\u00a0<strong>Star Pisces will depart five times a week<\/strong>, providing a one to two-night round-trip itinerary from Penang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/genting-hong-kong-will-resume-operations-on-july-30\">The cruise ship operator<\/a>\u00a0resumed sailings in Hong Kong on July 30 after having all of its staff vaccinated against Covid-19 as required by the Hong Kong government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genting has recently reported that a company related to its chairman Tan Sri Kok Lim has agreed to provide a bridge loan of $30m as part of a restructuring plan reached with creditors.
