According to the ACMA, the websites were operating in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sites to be blocked are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Golden Lady Casino<\/li><li>Casino4u<\/li><li>Spin Samurai<\/li><li>Axe Casino<\/li><li>Lucky Dreams<\/li><li>Comet Room<\/li><li>Paradiso Room<\/li><li>No Deposit Friend<\/li><li>No Deposit Bonus Blog<\/li><li>Casino-On-Line<\/li><li>Online Casino Australian<\/li><li>Casino Shortlist<\/li><li>Australia Casino<\/li><li>Aus Casinos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the ACMA made its first blocking request in November 2019, 375 illegal gambling websites have been blocked. In November, the regulator requested local internet services providers\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/australia-acma-blocks-two-offshore-lottery-sites\">block two illegal offshore lottery websites<\/a>. The two sites were the first lottery sites blocked in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to<strong>&nbsp;Fiona Cameron,&nbsp;<\/strong>a member of ACMA, investigations revealed the websites offered tickets for major overseas online lotteries and were not licenced in Australia, which is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. The two sites are We Love Lotto and Red Fox Lotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2017, the ACMA pulled out of the Australian market over 150 illegal services.
