The latter resumed on Thursday\nmorning, according to South Korean news outlets. As of Thursday night, at least\nten people were reported to have died in South Korea during the typhoon,\naccording to local media reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>South Korean casino operator <strong>Paradise Co Ltd <\/strong>said their casino operations were not suspended during the typhoon. However, the firm observed cancellations on the flights bound to Jeju\u2019s island and Busan \u2013 where their casinos are based. Consequently, causing some slight disruption to visitor flow to those venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hong Kong-listed <strong>Landing International Development Ltd<\/strong> \u2013 which runs and promotes the <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/jeju-casino-attract-international-tourism\"><em><strong>foreigner-only casino resort Jeju Shinhwa World<\/strong><\/em><\/a> \u2013 said Typhoon Mitag had caused some minor damage to parts of its Jeju property. The company closed its theme park at the site on Wednesday as the storm passed over the island <em>\u201cwe had to close the theme park because of strong winds.
