The company attributed the increased loss to the Covid-19 pandemic and delayed <strong>re-opening of New Casino at Dara Sakor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/century-started-operating-two-gaming-tables-at-new-cambodian-casino\">The Dara Sakor casino<\/a>\u00a0was\u00a0<strong>originally due to open in January<\/strong>\u00a0but the delivery of essential equipment was delayed. The venue finally opened on November 4 and is expected to be fully open by February. It is still unknown how many tables will be assigned to the unit as it will depend on the framework agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, Century signed a deal to operate gaming tables at\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/cambodia-to-ease-restrictions-in-sihanoukville-from-november-30\">Sihanoukville<\/a>\u00a0but then switched and signed a\u00a0<strong>deal with Lion King Entertainment to operate four gaming tables<\/strong>, mainly baccarat, at a new casino in Dara Sakor.
