The property was\u00a0<strong>originally due to open in January<\/strong>\u00a0but the delivery of essential equipment was delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company now hopes to fully open the venue by February next year. It is still unknown how many tables will be assigned to the unit as it will depend on the framework agreement.
