The Philippines.- Although President Duterte\u2019s spokesperson Harry Roque said\u00a0casino venues will not reopen<\/a>\u00a0during Manila’s transition to Level 3 of Covid-19 restrictions,\u00a0some casinos have now resumed operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to local media reports, the casino operators have received authorisation from the\u00a0Inter-Agency Task Force<\/strong>. City of Dreams Manila said its casino venue is operating at 75 per cent capacity<\/strong> and vaccination is not necessary for customers. It has also increased dining capacities in restaurants and reopened other facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Okada Manila and Solaire Resort and Casino have also resumed operations\u00a0<\/strong>at 75 per cent capacity.
