Cambodia.-\u00a0\u00a0Business travellers<\/strong> and certain professional experts\u00a0who arrive in Cambodia will need need to undergo a mandatory three-day quarantine\u00a0<\/strong>instead of 14 days. The Cambodian prime minister, Hun Sen, said the measure would apply for those who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n The plan covers foreign investors, “technical experts”, cooperative project managers and coordinators and business travellers who have received guarantees or invitations from local companies.\u00a0Accompanying family members are also entitled to a shortened isolation period provided they have been fully vaccinated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other inbound travellers who have been fully vaccinated, such as Cambodians and foreign nationals, need only quarantine for 7 days instead of 14 days when they arrive in Cambodia. All inbound travellers must present a negative Covid-19 test issued within 72 hours before arriving in the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n In September,\u00a0NagaCorp<\/a>\u00a0was\u00a0allowed to reopen its casino in Cambodia\u00a0<\/strong>after six months of closure due to Covid-19.\u00a0The casino operator<\/a>\u00a0posted a loss of US$77.2m for the first half of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n NagaCorp\u2019s earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the period was US$11.2m, compared with US$88.7m during the first half of 2020. Gross gaming revenue (GGR) reached US$129.3m<\/strong>, down 65.2 per cent year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Company-wide revenue was US$130.4m, down 65.4 per cent from US$377.5m.
