However, despite the city moving to Level 3 of Covid-19 restrictions,\u00a0<strong>casinos won&#8217;t be allowed to resume operations<\/strong>\u00a0for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Duterte\u2019s spokesperson Harry Roque has said casino venues, horse racing, cockfighting, lottery and betting shops will not reopen unless <strong>authorised by the Inter-Agency Task Force<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/metro-manila-casinos-likely-to-reopen-from-october-15\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casino operators<\/a>&nbsp;were expecting to be allowed to reopen at 30 per cent of their venue capacity.
